About Contract Administrator Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will work with experienced teams to support construction procurement programmes from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse information and implement strategies to ensure value for money in the negotiation of pricing for work packages.
  • Evaluate proposals and make recommendations to the team.
  • Develop impactful commercial presentations and communications for contractors throughout the pre-and-post contract phases.
  • Partner with the team to develop and agree on a procurement strategy for all construction packages and align it with the programme schedule.
  • Ensure contract alignment for contractors and project team performance.
