Job Description

The HSQE Systems Manager will be responsible for leading the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure seamless integration of Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy aspects.

  • Develop, drive and review the IMS for UK and Ireland.
  • Work as part of a team in project delivery, embracing a collaborative culture and promoting engagement.
  • Drive development and maintenance of the HSQE Management System, ensuring legislative compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out management system audits and inspections, managing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure documentation meets formal standards and act as Management Representative for the HSQE Management System.

Main Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in civils, water and wastewater industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and related regulations.
  • Level 7 or higher qualification in Health and Safety.
  • Trained Auditor on ISO Standards.
  • Full working knowledge of ISO45001 and experience with ISO14001 and ISO9001.
