We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and overseeing the commercial aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure all commercial aspects of the business are managed effectively.

The role includes:

  • Developing processes and systems to streamline business operations.
  • Developing and drafting various reporting types; internally and for investors/funders/bank monitors and others.
  • Responsible for cost controlling costs on all projects and ensuring budgets are achieved.
  • Monitoring budgets and timescales.
  • Ensuring compliance with Contract Programme /Schedule and providing weekly reports to construction team on planned versus actual progress.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 10+ years post-college QS experience.
  • 10+ years residential experience.
  • Previous experience with a developer or main contractor.
