Technical Services Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive technical excellence across our site, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-profile projects with precision and efficiency.

As Technical Services Leader, you will oversee the delivery of all technical services, ensuring seamless alignment with industry standards, GMP regulations, and health & safety protocols. You will manage a skilled team of technical professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

You will be responsible for operating and overseeing facility management systems, including BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or comparable tools. This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of all technical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage a skilled team of technical professionals, driving accountability and high performance
  • Operate and oversee facility management systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Maintain full alignment with GMP regulations and health & safety protocols

You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate performance updates internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing technical operations within a GMP-compliant or similarly regulated setting
  • At least 2 years' experience leading people in a technical or engineering context
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, collaborative approach to team leadership and cross-departmental coordination. They will be comfortable navigating complex technical systems and responding flexibly to site demands.
