Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage our treasury operations across multiple entities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity optimization, and effective treasury operations activity.

  • Lead and mentor a team of corporate treasury professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient operations.

  • Oversee cash management for all group entities, optimizing liquidity and minimizing risk while maximizing returns on overnight investments.

  • Implement strategic plans to optimize liquidity across the organization, ensuring adequate funding for operational and strategic needs while adhering to tax requirements.

  • Streamline treasury processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs through process improvements.

  • Manage trade finance activities, including parent guarantees, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.

  • Collaborate with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to identify opportunities for working capital optimization.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and timing of entity cash balances and funding requirements.

  • Work closely with the tax department on monthly cash repatriation activities, including capital infusions, dividends, and intercompany loans.

  • Prepare and present daily cash forecasts, long-term liquidity demand forecasts, and monthly finance reports, providing insights and commentary on cash positions to senior management.

  • Support the development and implementation of corporate FX and interest rate strategies to manage financial risk and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, or business.

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively more senior experience in treasury operations.

  • Broad treasury experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to foster strong team relations across a global footprint.

  • Experience with implementing in-house banking and netting processes.

  • Persistent, collaborative, and achievement-oriented.
