Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and take on a key role in the organization's financial management. This position is based in Ireland and involves working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and tasks.

This includes preparing weekly and monthly reports, managing stock levels and inventory movements, and overseeing revenue returns for UK, Ireland, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be self-motivated with high attention to detail, and have at least 5 years' experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparation of weekly and monthly reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Managing stock levels and inventory movements, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Revenue Returns: Overseeing revenue returns for UK, Ireland, and Europe, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Task Delivery: Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely delivery of key financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar financial operations role.
  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Self-motivation, with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with Netsuite is preferred but not necessary.
