**Job Summary:**

Lead a small local team as Chief Financial Strategist to drive business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of financial strategy and planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Business Partnering, FP&A (cost and revenue performance), commercial support.
  • Support key executive members in their decision-making on business strategy.
  • Control environment and liaison with Risk.
  • External Financial Reporting and Internal Tax, Treasury.

**Divisional Team leadership:**

  • Lead a cross-section of finance professionals including regulatory reporting, financial reporting, FP&A, tax, etc.
  • Comfort handling C-Suite level stakeholders daily.
  • Experience with global matrix structure preferred.

**Requirements:**

  • Current Head of Finance or Deputy experience managing strong performance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
