Job Overview

We are seeking a senior security professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding security across IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role will suit an individual with deep technical expertise in security architecture and the ability to lead, advise, and deliver across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and oversee security architecture design across infrastructure and applications.
  • Implement and maintain security standards, policies, and controls.
  • Conduct security assessments and manage risk across IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST frameworks and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate emerging threats, guiding technology decisions and implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams, providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
  • Support incident resolution and oversee critical security issues.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in IT security architecture or related roles within large-scale, regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security technologies, infrastructure, and tools.
  • Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, influence senior leadership, and drive change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Flexible, delivery-focused, and able to work under pressure in dynamic environments.

Candidates must hold a valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 permit to be eligible for this role.
