  • We are seeking a seasoned Technology Control Managing Director to lead our organization's technology control strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • This role will oversee the design of comprehensive technology controls to address risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and embed controls within technology processes, systems, and infrastructure.
  • The successful candidate will identify control gaps, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of advanced automation solutions to improve control efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Additionally, they will partner with internal audit and external assurance teams to support technology control reviews and audits.
  • Key qualifications for this role include expertise in technology risk management, experience with technology control design and testing, and strong leadership skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology, is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
