Chief Information Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to advance their career in Healthcare Information Technology or apply their technical expertise to a different industry.
This role will involve playing a critical part in the implementation, integration and ongoing support of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in project management, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the technical lead and business partner to internal customers throughout the ongoing implementation of the HRIS.
- Providing project management teams with identified risks, concerns, and ambiguities discovered during the gathering of requirements; assisting teams in developing solutions.
- Partnering with project managers to complete requirements documentation in accordance with project schedules.
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting user acceptance testing and subsequent deployments in coordination with other team leaders.
- Performing end user and application support functions including problem solving and resolution of application function defects. Providing systems and application training.
The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
They will also collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommending and implementing solutions.
Additional responsibilities include driving collaboration and change management by providing regular communications and trainings to end users.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require a degree or certification in information technology, software life cycle management, or significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise level applications.
You will also need seven years of total related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role, OR equivalent combination of education/experience.
Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and goals is essential.
Experience administering Cornerstone HCM Cloud application or other HR systems with Expertise in one or more HR related subject areas is preferred.
Knowledge of GDPR, HR system implementation, and European HR system support is required.
Off-hour support may be required, and travel to sites will be necessary as part of this role.
