- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Customer Engagement
- Sales Performance & Commercial Awareness
- Compliance & Security
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Managed Services sales (ideally with a service provider or reseller)
- Third-level qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) preferred
- Vendor Certifications (HPE, Microsoft, Sophos, Datto) are essential, or willingness to achieve these within 12 months
- Proven ability to engage senior IT decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles
- Strong IT skills, including CRM experience and professional report writing
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative sales mindset
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for learning and development
