We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the next phase of growth within a busy and expanding hospitality business.

This is a hands-on role for a professional who can balance day-to-day operations while helping to shape and implement long-term systems, standards, and procedures.

The successful candidate will lead daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  2. Work closely with senior management to establish new standards, develop systems, and implement best practices.

  3. Support the development of future offerings while maintaining consistency in current services.

  4. Oversee staffing, training, and performance management to build a motivated and customer-focused team.

  5. Monitor operational performance, compliance, and financial targets, reporting progress regularly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager in hotels, resorts, or boutique hospitality.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with proven ability to implement systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning and hands-on management.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of improving efficiency and standards.
