Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive manufacturing excellence and lead high-performing teams across multiple areas.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior manager to leverage their expertise in strategic leadership, process optimization, and people development to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead production across multiple areas, ensuring delivery of key operational metrics in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to support new product introductions.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture through strong people development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manufacturing Excellence:

  • Champion the use of Lean and Integer Production System (IPS) tools to optimize operations.
  • Drive improvements through standardization (5S, visual controls, leader standard work), associate engagement, and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven track record in achieving operational KPIs and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and manufacturing excellence tools.
