">Requirements
  • A proven track record as a senior leader in automation or machine-building.
  • Strong P&L management and board-level experience preferred but not required.
  • A background in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with deep technical and commercial understanding.
  • Expertise in packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions.
  • A history of scaling teams and operations, ideally in export-oriented businesses.
  • Leadership training; Kaizen/CI methodologies preferred.
