Your Mission
As Managing Director, you will:
Lead the company through its next growth cycle, evolving it into a global leader in OEE improvement and automation.
Shape and execute our long-term strategy — aligning teams, operations, and culture around clear goals.
Drive commercial performance — growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.

Requirements
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leader in automation or machine-building.
Strong P&L management and board-level experience preferred but not required.
Background in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) — with deep technical and commercial understanding.
Expertise in packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions.
Track record of scaling teams and operations, ideally in export-oriented businesses.
MBA or equivalent leadership training; Kaizen/CI methodologies preferred.
