Stephen Daly, a First Officer with Aer Lingus, is one such individual who has achieved his childhood dream of becoming an airline pilot.

His passion for flying only grew stronger with time, and he eventually pursued a career in aviation.

  • He attended FTEJerez in Spain, where he completed his ATPL course.
  • Stephen then underwent rigorous training, passing all his theoretical exams and completing flying tests on various aircraft.

Stephen joined shortly after finishing his training and has been working as a First Officer since February. He praises the airline for its high standards of instruction and great work-life balance.

As a passionate advocate for General Aviation, Stephen hopes to introduce others to their first flying experience and eventually become a Type Rating Instructor.

His ultimate goal is to command an Airbus A330.
