Job Title: Oral Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Dental Hygienist to take on a challenging role in maintaining patients' oral health and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
  • Take and process dental radiographs, working closely with dentists to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Assess patients' oral health and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific needs.
  • Provide expert advice on oral health promotion, smoking cessation, and diet analysis to prevent dental caries and promote healthy plaque control.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Registered on The Dental Council of Ireland
  • Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and hardworking, with a positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Excellent chair-side manner and attention to detail when providing treatment
