Job Opportunity for a Dental Hygienist
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career as a skilled dental hygienist in a high-end modern general and specialist practice located in the South Dublin area.
Candidates must be registered with the Dental Council and have previous experience working as a Hygienist, which is an advantage. Our client is looking for someone to join a dynamic and expanding environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
- Take and process dental radiographs to the prescription of a dentist.
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Give advice on oral health, including planning and implementing oral health promotion programmes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and hard working.
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a strong patient care focus.
- Excellent chair side manner and attention to detail when providing treatment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced environment.
