Automotive Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Finishing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for finishing, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Mix and match paint to ensure perfect colour alignment with original factory specifications.
  • Apply finish to vehicles using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and proper thickness.
  • Operate heating or drying equipment to accelerate finish drying.
  • Perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure there are no defects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finishing Specialist in an automotive repair setting.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing equipment, materials, and techniques.
  • Experience with water-based finishes is essential.
  • Ability to mix and apply finish in a manner that meets high quality standards.
  • Good understanding of colour theory and colour matching.
