Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating month-end results, providing variance analysis to forecast and annual plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and consolidate month-end results, providing variance analysis to forecast and annual plans.
  • Work with global business services, divisional finance teams, and local finance teams to ensure efficient month-end close.
  • Consolidate quarterly and annual operating plan submissions, and communicate variance analysis to leadership.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly balanced scorecard summaries and provide insightful commentaries.
  • Provide financial support through comprehensive review, lead forecasts and budgets, and offer financial appraisal support.
  • Maintain effective control systems ensuring compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX, and GAAP.
  • Assist with finance and business priority projects and support the FP&A Senior Manager on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 8 Honors Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Expert level financial system and Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements.
