
Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service Advisor role is a vital position within our organization, supporting clients in the market. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to provide exceptional support to customers.
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and effectively, gathering customer information.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via a virtual call centre, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer needs, including cross-selling relevant products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
- A willingness to learn and grow with our team.
