Job Title: Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting high standards for the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer retention.
  • Motivate and develop the team, providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and department heads to achieve business objectives and promote cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
