Key Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care and attention to guests in line with five-star expectations.

The successful candidate will have the ability to handle customer interactions, including inquiries and bookings, in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring the spa facility to ensure safety, maintenance, and hygiene.

In addition, you will offer expert advice on beauty products and brands available onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements
  • Award-winning qualifications such as ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO in body and beauty therapy and massage are essential.
  • Prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star hotel, is highly desirable.
  • You must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively is crucial.
  • Legally eligible to work in Ireland is a must.
