Job Opportunity

The Messaging team delivers a high-performance messaging implementation based on ActiveMQ Artemis and ArkMQ, focused on delivering enterprise messaging solutions in cloud-native environments.

  • Design, develop, and optimize features that enhance messaging performance, scalability, and native execution on modern cloud platforms.
  • Contribute to enhancing and maintaining the Kubernetes Operator to deploy messaging systems in multiple High Availability and Disaster Recovery scenarios.
  • Collaborate with communities and participate in architectural discussions to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Work closely with teams across Quality Engineering, documentation, product management, and support to deliver high-quality messaging features.
Key Requirements
  • Advanced programming skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Java or Golang development, with strong expertise in modern languages (Java 17+), or the GO programming language.
  • Messaging Systems: Strong understanding of transactional workflows and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • Cloud-Native Fundamentals: Experience with containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Build & CI/CD Tooling: Proficiency in Maven or GO build tools.
  • Testing & Debugging: Solid foundation in test-driven development, integration testing, and debugging distributed applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Contributions to open source projects.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations, writing blogs, or engaging in developer communities.
