Project Coordinator Role

We invite an experienced professional to join our collaborative initiatives, working closely with our team to deliver creative projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage select projects in line with our strategic objectives.
  2. Support grant-writing and develop proposals for projects with the leadership team.
  3. Coordinate and oversee practical elements of project management, including scheduling meetings, appointing artists, and organizing events.
  4. Ensure safeguarding procedures are strictly adhered to and process outputs effectively.
  5. Draw on expertise and knowledge to support decision-making in relation to projects.
  6. Collaborate with project artists, teachers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners and funders.
  8. Manage project resources and support marketing activities related to specific projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in the arts, including at least two years at project coordination level.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with strong experience of writing funding applications.
  • Ability to work primarily from our office in Dublin with occasional travel required.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project demands.

Requisite Skills:

  • Arts or arts in education background.
  • Experience or understanding of collaborative practice and working towards equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
