Job Title:

Compensation and Benefits Specialist

  • Apply knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, processes, and best practices to provide support for programs related to compensation and employee benefits.
  • Conduct internal data audits and provide support for external vendor-related activities.
  • Support the company's annual review process by assisting with various activities, including developing and testing program guidelines.
  • Seek knowledge on end-to-end compensation benchmarking processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc compensation and benefits analyses and FLSA studies to maintain internal and external parity within employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under supervision with decision-making affecting work beyond immediate work groups.
  • Require verbal and written communication skills to convey information.
  • Work within prescribed objectives of the department.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Compensation, Employer Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of utilizing Compensation-related systems/tools.
