About the Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and supervise the fund accounting and financial reporting processes for Lux domiciled regulated & unregulated funds.
  2. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of fund accounting deliverables, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  3. Cooperate closely with the fund administrator to resolve complex cash reconciliation and variance issues.
  4. Oversee expense processing and budgets for funds, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  5. Develop and present comprehensive quarterly reports on Funds asset and revenue figures.
  6. Negotiate and agree Service Level Agreements with the fund administrator, monitoring performance metrics and schedules.
  7. Lead and participate in annual audits, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of fund accounting practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, closing, and reporting processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lux domiciled regulated & unregulated funds.
  • Proven track record of working with external service providers, particularly fund administrators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
