Responsibilities- Kitchen Leadership – Oversee daily service, guaranteeing food meets high standards and is served efficiently.
- Menu Execution – Lead the team in preparing our menu, including the Kenny & Co Breakfast Plate and Signature Sandwiches.
- Service Quality Control – Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Team Management – Train and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Inventory Management – Manage ingredient orders and control waste to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Food Safety – Ensure all food is prepared according to HACCP regulations, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.
