Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our investment activities. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of the deal process from origination, investment appraisal, through to execution
  • Conduct market research and company valuations
  • Support deal negotiations with key stakeholders
  • Ongoing management and assistance of portfolio companies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5-7 years' experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deals, investment banking, or capital markets

• Strong understanding of private markets

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent communication and analytical skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• ACA or CFA essential
