Business Development Coordinator Role- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our organization.
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing deals from discovery through to deal close, ensuring compliance with stage gates, pricing, and approval policies.
Responsibilities:- Assist in reviewing and processing deals from discovery through to deal close.
- Act as point of contact for inbound inquiries.
- Run tailored outreach to identify new leads.
- Schedule sales calls for the team.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on deal status.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and agreements based on established pricing models.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of deal information and contract details.
- Generate reports on deal performance metrics.
- Support the team by providing data analysis.
- Act as central point of contact for deal desk inquiries and escalations.
- Work closely with demand generation, operations, and finance teams.
- Relevant deal desk and demand generation experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a business environment.
