About the Job:

The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing deals from discovery through to deal close, ensuring compliance with stage gates, pricing, and approval policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and processing deals from discovery through to deal close.
  • Act as point of contact for inbound inquiries.
  • Run tailored outreach to identify new leads.
  • Schedule sales calls for the team.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on deal status.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and agreements based on established pricing models.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of deal information and contract details.
  • Generate reports on deal performance metrics.
  • Support the team by providing data analysis.
  • Act as central point of contact for deal desk inquiries and escalations.
  • Work closely with demand generation, operations, and finance teams.
