The Maintenance Team Member is a crucial role within our organization. This position requires a skilled and experienced individual who can undertake various maintenance tasks with ease.
Job OverviewAs a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance duties, including interior and exterior maintenance tasks, grounds keeping, power washing, goods inwards, painting, and DIY work.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to requests from management or colleagues.
- Carry out all assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Manage supplies and resources as needed.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize productivity.
- A proven track record in maintenance with qualifications in a craft discipline (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).
- At least 1.5 years of experience and a solid understanding of general maintenance principles.
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
