Material Program Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Material Program Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to provide high-quality service and meet set goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and support the USM materials team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Report out to Commercial Manager on Programs Performances.
  • Manage Purchasing, Sales and Stock of material.
  • Support on identification of opportunities with new products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve programs to help create new revenue streams.
  • Ensure close communication with stakeholders in the company (e.g. quality, finance, operations) and globally (Sales and Fulfilment).
Requirements:
  • Third level education in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of MRO business.
  • 5+ years in a material trading position.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Ability to travel and attend Trade Shows.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficient in using MS Office & ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to Drive Improvements & Revenue Streams.
  • Ability to work & make decisions in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
