This senior commercial property and asset role involves maximising value from sales/leasing negotiations, overseeing site acquisitions and development projects, fostering relationships with key external partners, supporting strategic planning, managing credit control activities, reviewing commercial proposals, ensuring compliance reporting, and collaborating with the leadership team as needed.

To succeed in this position, you will have a degree (or above) in business or a relevant field, be a qualified chartered surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS), and possess 3-5+ years of experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role. Additionally, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT and analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
