Senior Property Sales & Leasing Manager
A highly experienced and ambitious professional is required to lead our commercial property sales & leasing activities. This role offers significant autonomy, excellent career growth prospects and the opportunity to work in a globally focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have broad based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales & leasing, as well as company asset & portfolio management operations.
You will manage complex property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinate new site acquisitions & development projects, develop & maintain key external relationships, support strategic budgeting processes, manage credit control activities, review commercial proposals, oversee compliance reporting & provide guidance to the wider leadership team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Chartered surveyor qualification - SCSI and/or RICS.
- 3-5+ years experience in a senior commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority.
- Strong IT & analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines & within budget.
Offer: The position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be up to 70k base salary with strong additional benefits package.
The role will be primarily office based 5 days per week but with some flexibility for WFH depending on business needs.
