We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to fill a key role within our building services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality building services in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • To carry out assigned duties efficiently, effectively and in accordance with agreed business objectives.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality management systems.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline such as building surveying or architecture. Professional membership of a relevant body is desirable.

Experience: Strong technical delivery experience with a proven track record in project management. Good knowledge of construction contracts and processes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
