Maintenance Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description:

  • To maintain all aspects of the hotel's physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • To ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
  • To develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • To manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction, or facilities management.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
