Project Manager Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to join our team as a project manager. The role will involve working on a wide variety of projects across infrastructure, transportation, marine, commercial, educational, residential, civic and industrial/logistics sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services ranging from feasibility studies to detailed designs through to construction and completion of large national infrastructure projects.

Mentoring by assigned members of our leadership team will be provided as part of either our graduate training programme or direct mentorship post chartership. Rapid career progression within an expanding team is possible for successful candidates.

Requirements:

  • Hold a level 8 degree or similar qualification in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a design consultancy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with growing client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff in developing their own technical expertise.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance tasks and prioritise to meet strict deadlines.
  • A current driving licence is desirable.
