Role Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to drive the successful delivery of large-scale solar projects across Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project construction and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project construction activities from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, procurement, and engineering teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, milestones, and timelines to optimize project outcomes.

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project management, preferably in construction or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, software, and methodologies, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar.
