Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assembly equipment, prepare components for manual assembly, and clean PCBs using specialized equipment.
  • Use Torque tools for fastener assembly and perform manual assembly of printed circuit cards and mechanical hardware according to formal procedures.
  • Apply adhesives and conformal coatings, assemble prototypes under engineering supervision, and set up equipment for process measurements as needed.
  • Maintain operator machinery and ensure quality and production goals are met.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of commitment to quality and production goals.
  • Positive attitude, flexible approach, good interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant assembly experience or knowledge is preferable.
