Job Title: IT System Architect

We are seeking a seasoned IT specialist to spearhead our customer's migration to the cloud, where stability, security, and minimal downtime operations are paramount.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers' technical architecture and process requirements
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify relevant standard solutions
  • Innovate to meet customer needs by architecting, designing, building, testing, and delivering custom solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
  • Expert-level experience in BASIS (over 10 years) and HANA (over 5 years)
  • Solid knowledge of SUSE and hyperscalers, including tools and processes (over 4 years)
  • Able to analyze technical requirements and identify existing solutions or architect new ones
  • Solid understanding of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification beneficial)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Excellent documentation skills, including creating comprehensive and organized documentation
  • Effective communication skills, including articulating technical details effectively to non-technical individuals
  • Customer-focused, able to thrive in high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional service
  • 10 years of working experience in IT, with strong operations background and recent architecture experience
