Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Director to lead our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the Corporate Services division, developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring effective financial management and reporting, maintaining compliance with governance requirements, building relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing the provision of ICT and facilities, leading human resources and organisational development strategies, and developing high performing teams.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction for the Corporate Services division, aligning it with the organisation's overall strategy and goals.
  • Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of corporate services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Ensure effective financial management and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Governance: Maintain compliance with governance requirements, including risk management and external reporting obligations.
  • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including statutory audit functions and other external partners.
  • ICT and Facilities: Oversee the provision of ICT and facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Human Resources and Organisational Development: Lead the development and implementation of human resources and organisational development strategies, including talent management and succession planning.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a corporate services or related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide strategic leadership and direction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of corporate services, including finance, human resources, and ICT.
  • Qualifications in a related field, such as business administration or law.
