Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This role will involve supporting leaders through complex people challenges, helping to embed change, and driving performance across the business.

About the Role:

  • Drive large-scale people change initiatives such as workforce transitions, insourcing/outsourcing, and organisational restructuring.
  • Conduct people impact assessments and oversee risk mitigation and communication strategies.
  • Lead consultation processes and ensure timely delivery of all people-related project outcomes.
  • Manage complex ER/IR matters, including union engagement and mediation where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business areas.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, systems, data, and policy implementation.
  • Deliver people insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coach and support managers to drive stronger people outcomes.
  • Contribute to the rollout and success of broader People & Culture initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with direct involvement in delivering people-focused projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives such as TUPE, restructures, or workforce transitions.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and strong practical experience in ER matters.
  • Highly data-literate, with the ability to analyse trends and build reports using Excel.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communicator with the credibility to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient and adaptable — open to feedback, accountable for outcomes, and confident making decisions.
