Job Title: Global Distribution Manager

Oversee global distribution centre operations, drive excellence in leadership, compliance and process optimization.

The Role:

A highly motivated leader is sought to oversee all aspects of distribution centre operations, driving teams to excel in people leadership, regulatory compliance and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations and standards, leveraging expertise in GMP/GDP.
  • Manage day-to-day distribution operations including order fulfilment, transportation, inventory control and documentation.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across service, people, delivery and safety; drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Implement lean methodologies to improve space utilisation, flow and overall efficiency.
  • Champion a strong health, safety and quality culture.
  • Develop and implement training programs, succession planning and performance management.
Candidate Profile:

8-10 years managing large-scale distribution centre or warehouse operations in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare logistics.

Demonstrated people management expertise with proven record of motivating and building effective teams.

Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and FDA regulations.

Results-driven with ability to deliver improvements in complex environments.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with ERP systems and continuous improvement.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
