Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating the shipment of orders, managing potential risks to sales orders, and ensuring accurate data for shipping. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and administer customer sales orders, allocate stock, and set anticipated shipping dates based on stock availability and/or product lead times.
  • Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and available-to-promise (ATP) data to provide available stock balances and approximate lead times to sales account managers, customer services, and customers.
  • Schedule shipments of orders via ERP system in line with customer requirements, product availability, product lead times, and despatch capacity.
  • Ensure all relevant additional logistic related charges are added to new sales orders in line with the provided matrix.
  • Send out new sales order acknowledgements to customers via ERP System, whenever a ship date is changed from the original promise date.
