Senior Technical Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams for the delivery of processing equipment to our site based on planned timelines and scope.
- Coordinate with vendors, engineering personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems and issues that may arise during project execution.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively interact with all levels of staff, management, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a technical operations role, preferably in the biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
