Associate Project Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in delivering exceptional projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Project Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key part in driving project delivery, ensuring that we meet our goals and exceed our clients' expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large, diverse teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and without compromise;
  • Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing complex projects and programmes;
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders;
  • A deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements;
  • Certifications such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE would be advantageous but not essential.
