Key Responsibilities

The Vice President – Projects and Governance Team oversees end-to-end execution of assigned initiatives, including scope definition, planning, milestone tracking, issue/risk management, and escalations.

This leader ensures timely reporting to project sponsors, senior leadership teams, and key stakeholders for each initiative, including risks, roadblocks, and escalations.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders across multiple business units, ensuring standardized reporting exists for each initiative, and providing strategic oversight on team methodologies.

Successful candidates will possess 8+ years of experience in portfolio and project management, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of multiple functions in the fund administration industry.

Qualifications also include expertise in risk mitigation, project tracking, and stakeholder management.

As a key leader in the organization, this VP will drive strategic projects forward, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
