Senior Manager of Fraud Investigations

The ideal candidate will lead a team of investigation specialists to provide insights on fraud and scams. This role will involve guiding the team in effective prioritization, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating with key management stakeholders.

Responsibilities include executing and deep diving into fraud events, leveraging the team's expertise effectively to drive impactful outcomes. The successful candidate will have an understanding of common fraud typologies, including account takeover, stolen information, and AML.

This role requires flexibility to work with different teams and occasionally provide support during non-business hours. Basic experience building queries via SQL and data visualization is also necessary.

  • 7+ years of experience in financial crimes, ideally within the fraud and scams domain, specifically in risk operations or investigations.
  • Prior experience managing a team of people operating in the fraud space and experience building scaled fraud operations at a quickly growing company.

As a Senior Manager of Fraud Investigations, you will report directly into the Senior Manager of Fraud Program Management and be based in our Cork office.
