Job Title:

Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Professional to join our expert team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class suite of integrated solutions to clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with colleagues at all levels across various departments and throughout the firm. You will have visibility and the opportunity to build your role further within the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery, development, and maintenance of the Global Risk Management Framework. This includes implementing and operating risk management processes.
  • Manage and coordinate Risk Processes, particularly Reportable Events, Issues and Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs).
  • Develop and produce Management Information packs from the Risk Tooling providing insight-led reporting for the Board and the Risk Committee.
  • Support the Risk Management team with the Policies and Process Library and Management Information.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Risk Management or a similar field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team.
