Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.


Key Responsibilities
  1. As an application support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Systems Engineering and full Software development life cycle.
  2. You will need to have proven technology expertise in areas including troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, SQL.
  3. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk is also required.
  4. You should have knowledge of incident, problem, change process handling along with DevOps.
  5. Strong demonstration and documentation skills are essential.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused global scrum team.
  • A self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work.
  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Prior experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale IAM Systems.
